Based on my prior travel experiences, Linda's process results in a travel experience that exceeds expectations, including no unpleasant surprises. Not surprisingly, she responds quickly and thoroughly to questions during the planning stage as well as those that occur on the trip. Her reminders during critical points before and during the trip are also very helpful. The bottom line: As a travel agent, Linda is a professional who diligently works in the best interests of her clients to ensure they have thoroughly enjoyable travel experiences.

Working with Linda as my travel agent is an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and turned it into a seamless, stress-free experience. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. We recently took a trip of a lifetime to celebrate our son’s high school graduation. He is a huge fan of Game of Thrones and requested that we start our trip in Croatia.

Croatia was very new to me, and I wasn’t familiar with the hotel options. I reached out to Linda, and she helped us find the cutest luxury apartment in Dubrovnik. The apartment was spectacular! It had two large bedrooms, a full living room, dining area, and kitchen. But the best part was the gorgeous view of the sea.

I was a little nervous because I had never stayed in a hotel or vacation rental in a foreign country. Linda eased my nerves by doing the research and finding a property with not only great reviews but lots of them. She also arranged all of our transportation—from the airports to our hotels and between cities.

After we left Dubrovnik, she connected us with a driver who took us to Split, stopping in Ston and Klis along the way. He was amazing and full of great stories. He was like having our own private tour guide, sharing the history of Croatia and so much local knowledge. It made the three-hour drive fly by.

After Croatia, we were off to Rome, where Linda found us the most adorable hotel, Hotel Lancelot. For anyone traveling with children, it can be difficult to find rooms in Europe that accommodate three or four guests. This hotel did! Plus, we had the cutest balcony overflowing with flowers. I loved opening the French windows to listen to the hustle and bustle of the city. Oh, and the view was incredible—we could see the Colosseum from our room! Since it was our first time in Rome, it made the experience even more magical. My son, who loves history, was thrilled, and my daughter had dreamed of seeing the Colosseum. Being able to admire it every day right from our room was unforgettable.

After Rome, we boarded a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Greek Isles. Linda suggested we purchase the drink package and enjoy a few specialty dining experiences because we’re such foodies. She was absolutely right! We enjoyed the Main Dining Room, but dinners at the steakhouse, Italian restaurant, and Teppanyaki restaurant were outstanding. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was exceptional.

Linda even surprised us by arranging a special dinner reservation and having the dining staff celebrate my son’s graduation. It was such a thoughtful touch, and because Linda went above and beyond, the crew did too.

Overall, we created memories that will last a lifetime. I truly don’t think our trip would have been the same without Linda in our corner helping us every step of the way. Thank you for everything you did to make this vacation absolutely amazing and unforgettable!

We returned from our Viking "Danube Waltz" river cruise a few weeks ago and are still reminiscing about our amazing trip. I had no worries with Linda managing all facets of the cruise. From the initial discussion of dates and timing, the booking of the cruise and the stateroom we were requesting, the flights and seating, and the four-day extension in Salzburg and Munich, every detail was "checked" on Linda's list, and there were no hiccups or issues. From the time of booking to our departure, if I had questions, Linda answered me promptly - even when she was on a European vacation. That is dedication to her craft and the joy she receives in helping others. She is funny, caring, and conscientious. We couldn't have asked for a better travel expert!

As former cruise writers, we have traveled extensively but had little say in booking our own travel.  Linda has in-depth knowledge of the very best way to get the best accommodations at the best price!  When she books your cruise, she constantly (daily) monitors the reservation to take advantage of crazy one-day price-drop sales on accommodations as well as amenities packages we never realised existed.  She is a retired healthcare executive and is very smart and organized.  She has meticulous systems in place to keep on top of her numerous clients and their bookings.  Linda has booked many cruises for the two of us, as well as an upcoming Christmas cruise for our entire family.  She is also booking a European vacation for members of our family.  We trust her implicitly. She has saved us thousands of dollars.

We thought we knew Italy and Malta from our previous visits to these countries, but Linda opened up a completely different world for us.  We loved the small family hotel in Rome and Orvieto was magical and the tours that she arranged were top notch!  The restaurant recommendations and reservations that Linda arranged made our evenings unforgettable.  Getting us an upgraded room at the Hilton Malta with a jaccuzzi on the patio was such a wonderful surprise!  If this was not enough, she found us Business Class seats on our flights using miles!  She doesnt just book trips, she curates memories!
